Can Capitol Chiropractic Help You?

“Often people want to know if I can help. They complain of headaches that won’t go away, back pain, neck painwhiplash and other problems. The truth is, I need to meet the patient and examine them before I know if, and how, I can help.”
~ Dr. Jeri Anderson, Chiropractor, Capitol Chiropractic, Sacramento, CA

The purpose of your initial consultation is to meet the doctor and discuss your health concerns. Through this introduction, Dr. Jeri will determine if you are a candidate for chiropractic care in our office and you can decide if our practice is a fit for you. Assuming the answer to these questions is yes and yes, we can move forward!  The next step is to perform a thorough spinal examination to identify the cause of your problem.

Sacramento chiropractic patients appreciate that our chiropractor explains everything in advance!

Sacramento parents are often amazed (and relieved) that chiropractic can be so helpful. Learn more.
Do nerves actually get pinched?
Chiropractors recognize two types of nerve disorders involved in subluxation. The least common is a pinched nerve that diminishes nerve supply to an affected organ or tissue. More common is the irritated nerve (facilitative lesion) which overexcites nerve communications to an affected organ or tissue. Chiropractic care has been shown to help with both types.
